A STORY IN EVERY BAG
Made from retired sails, each bag celebrates the sail's past and brings a little bit of the sea into your life.
Inspiration for our line is drawn from life on the water, maritime tradition and the adventures our sails had in their past lives.
Paired with naturally derived materials like vegetable tanned leather and plant dyed organic cotton, our bags are perfect for both boat and seaside life.
All our goods are handmade with the earth in mind in our little studio in midcoast Maine.

Our sails are sourced from along the Eastern Seaboard and across the Great Lakes.
The retired sails from working boats are collected, cut, cleaned and sewn into our one of a kind repurposed sailcloth bags.
Sails are lightweight, strong, and water resistant, making the perfect material for durable and versatile goods long after their job on the boat is complete.

VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER
The vegetable tanning process creates leather hides both durable and full of character, the leather gains a beautiful, natural patina over time.
The straps on our bags are cut from leather produced in the USA naturally with limited environmental impact.
Our straps are all edge beveled, burnished and sealed for a finish to last a lifetime.
